No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the transaction.

 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. In order to facilitate the replacement process, we may request supporting documentation, such as photographs of the damaged item or packaging.

(Note: Trinkets is not responsible for any lost or stolen items)

 

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, you must meet the following criteria:

a) Notify us via email within 72 hours of receiving the damaged item. Send an email with your order# and "Replacement Request" in the subject line to customerservice@trinketsco.com

b) Provide a clear description and evidence of the damage, such as photographs or videos.

c) Follow any additional instructions provided by our customer support team.

(Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before making a replacement)

 

Exclusions

Our no returns policy applies to all items, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

 

Shipping and Handling

Please note that any shipping and handling fees associated with the initial purchase are non-refundable. If a replacement is deemed necessary due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
